Chad Dillard sent a message to John B Koch that said:

John, I hope you are doing well. We recently (today) rented one of your PODS from a Charlotte NC franchise. When scheduling the appointment they confirmed an afternoon pick up. When we received the follow up confirmation it shows a morning pick up. We called customer service and were basically told this was not there problem and that we would need to contact the franchise owner directly. After repeatedly asking to speak with a manager we were told that she wasn't available and that we would have to deal with this on our own. I let the CS Rep know that I was pretty sure her CEO wouldn't appreciate the way this is being handled and she basically said "whatever". I know that this is way below your pay grade but would appreciate anything you can do to help. Our customer # is 135460158 and our booking # is 1169693. My cell phone number is 980 215 4117.
