I'm a huge fan of PODS, the customer service call center is beyond amazing, fantastic drivers and the system is so convenient. I'm a high level retail executive moving across the country and wanted to try PODS. I've had a mostly great experience moving from Tampa. My first 2 PODS were nice, new and fiberglass. The one derived today (#3) for my furniture was water stained, wood and didn't seem clean or anything you'd put furniture in. I called to see about exchanging it (customer service center was great) and then the local manager called and said they don't do that, even after explaining it was for nice furniture he didn't seem to care. I can tell you the photos of the PODS I was sent are not very complementary to the amazing system created. If I was moving my garage stuff I wouldn't care, but not for furniture. I was surprised that the local manager flat out said no, he would not exchange it. I told him I could wait a few days until they had time, he said no. I told him to come get it, I'm not putting my furniture in it, he said okay, no problem. WOW. a wonderful experience with a great call center of agents to this? I was shocked.
