Recently I have had my security system compromised. Once I called ADT to send out a representative to increase my security system I was informed that my system was never completed. Until recently I was never notified when the alarm was activated or deactivated. Additionally I never monthly received statements of alarm use.
I have attempted to speak with a cooperative representative however no one was cooperative. I have gone beyond my contract without proper services rendered to protect my business.
