Shirley Freeman sent a message to John Koch that said:

Dear Mr. Koch - I am a long standing customer of PODS since 2013. I have paid faithfully and painfully to secure my life- long belongings until I find adequate housing.

I am 70 years old, and since my husband, haven been diagnosed with cancer, and have begun treatment, I am no longer looking for a house. His treatment of Radiation and Chemotherapy has been quite expensive and we cannot afford to keep our POD.

I am currently in default of payment; of which I fully intend to pay in full; however, I cannot afford an moving company to unload my POD, reload and unload again.

I am asking a for your mercy of just delivering my POD to my current address whereby my neighbors are willing to help me store my belongings in my garage of my apt. I will guarantee to have it emptied and in good faith ready for pickup before the next billing cycle. I can be reached at 585 28-9773.
