Dear Sir,
I hope this email finds you and your family healthy in these uncertain times. I am writing in regards to my storage POD that I am currently paying for from mid January for home renovations. Like many we dreamed of finally fixing our home and waited and budgeted to do so and planned on at least May to need storage. Now unfortunately it is our of our control but now worry that our budget will exceed what we planned financially. We are blessed to still be considered essential workers and have a job that we can safely do from home but are faced with possibly much more than we planned on spending. I reached out to customer service and they explained the policy as of now but this is in no way taking extra cost off merely extending due payments which ultimately will lead to the company making more money off people in such unfortunate times! I understand you have a business to run but by no means is it a small business , because small businesses do not net about 380 million. That being said many small businesses are losing money and still donating to help others, so I am troubled thinking a multi million dollar company can't waive at least month or 2 off storage units for the middle class worker trying to make improvements to their home. I'm not sure who you have filtering through your email but I hope this at least passes someone that might think of a way to give a little "slack". I am confident that such a successful business has money aside for a "rainy day" to compensate losses over the next few months or you would not be as successful. I believe in taking the proper steps to get things done but do not think "rolling over" is my option and "if the mountain will not come to Muhammad then Muhammad must go to the mountain", you being the mountain.
At the least I hope for a response and hoping for maybe a little more.
Hoping this goes somewhere to someone that might be able to give some relief.
