I am reaching out to you because I am unable to get anyone from your Chat or Phone support to provide a consistent and reliable answer to where my PODS container is. It was not delivered again today (3rd time no-show in 3 weeks) and of course the support team is unable to contact the storage facility it is supposed to be in.
Before I have to resort to more drastic action with a credit card chargeback and involve counsel, I would ask that you have someone look into this and find out where my container (#8435B147) is now and what my options are to recover its contents if you are unable to deliver it to its Boulder CO destination.
