I absolutely like and admire your Buisness model.
It would be great if it could be followed up with reliable service. We order a 16 ft Pod with a promised delivery date of Sept 1.
No Show no call. We hired people to load this over the weekend and had to pay the salary even if we didnât had the work to do. Could have cancelled them if notified.
Your CSR stated the Bollingbrook terminal was understaffed and to expect the POD after the 4 th of Sept. We will find another frieht alternative as I feel totally slighted by your companies lack of performance.
As a CEO of a company, I would want to hear of an instance like this so it could be addressed. I hope you will have someone look into this as it created a huge inconvenience.
