Hello, one of your drivers picked up a POD at my neighbors location who will not be back for a couple of weeks and managed to cause quite a bit of damage to his lawn as well as mine. I called your toll free phone number and the agent informed me I would have to speak to someone else and transferred me. After 40 minutes the line hung up. This is definitely not the way to treat customers, particularly military customers moving to a new location. I would rather fix this right away instead of taking additional action that would not be favorable to PODs. Please advise soonest.
