Hi Mr Koch,
Yesterday, my empty POD was scheduled to be picked up between 10:30 am to 1:30 PM. I called POD at 4:30Pm because The POD was still in front of my home. Thatâs when I was told that the driver was called and since he saw two car blocking the POD he left. The two cars was mines and if the driver would of called me I would of told him. I called POD several times yesterday because my permit was waived and I had concerns because the POD is in the street and the busy traffic have to go around the POD. Also the location is not the best of Location.(High crime rate)
Also I was told since the next pick up date is after my billing day I will be charged my monthly bill.
Mr Koch I am recently divorced Iâve tried to stay positive but yesterday I cried because i missed a day from work, made provisions for the driver (my two cars one in front of POD and the other Car in the Back Of the POD)The driver Never called my TWO numbers yesterday and now my account is going to be charged for someone laziness.
