I have been trying to get back in touch with customer service for the last three hours and get no one to get on the phone with me or answer any online chats. I realize it's July, but waiting this long is ridiculous. I even tried to have my number called back and have now been waiting 2 hours for that to happen. It seems as though you need yo hire more "customer service" representatives, or train them to do their jobs more efficiently.
