John, I have a horrible situation with PODs right now. One of your drivers created a Hazmat spill in my driveway when one of the hydraulic hoses on her truck burst. She drove off without the POD and told no one about it, allowing gallons and gallons of hydraulic fluid to be tracked everywhere up and down the alley and into my garage via my wifes tires. The local fire chief and hazmat team had to come out to do an initial absorbing but NO ONE from PODs will respond to phone calls from either myself or the authorities. PODS is solely responsible for the damage and clean up and costs, However we are being stonewalled by your company and i need you to please take care of this if you really care at all about your customers. It's a friggin mess out back of my house and garage and I'm certain you would be furious if this was your property, and by the ignorance and disrespect I've been shown in this matter.
