Mr. Koch, I have written to you twice as I have a problem with my PODS account. Account number 130960972. PODS is stating my account is in Auction Status. I asked for a printout of all my statements from 2016 to the present as I pay every single month and should not be late or in Auction Status. Going down the list for each year the minus section.
2016 is ok.
2017 134.90 short,
2018 over paid 419.44,
2019 91.26 short,
2020 26.26 short.
Taking the overage minus the shortages I have through November of 2020, PODS owes me 167.02. I'm not late or in Auction Status. This is very important Mr. Koch, as PODS collection/auction wants me to pay 327.52 by the 17th of this month which is tomorrow when I don't owe any money. Remember you have me in Auction Status. I would send you copies of all payments paid if you had an attachment or an email. Please respond ASAP.
