@PODS – John Koch – Mr. Koch, This is written to be information only. I hope it matters to you

Gigi Tennyson sent a message to John Koch that said:

Mr. Koch,

This is written to be information only. I hope it matters to you.

I am a recently retired automotive manufacturer supplier employee of worldwide service.

I sold my home and bought a new construction. The gap in between occupancy brought me to PODS since it would satisfy the pack/store/re-deliver need.
Perfect! Everything was set up checked and double checked.

Here is the bad news:
~Delivery on Sept. 4 = No show.
~I began calling 3 hours after the 3 hour window.
~Difficult to get through.
~Customer Service had no information why.
~Customer Service advised the only thing they
could do is set up next day.
~Delivery on Sept. 5 = No show.
~Repeat above scenario (no call, etc. the only thing
they could do is setup for Sept. 8.
????? I am truly baffled that there was no information, no way to track the POD driver. I only heard "I'm sorry, there is nothing else we can do now".

Unacceptable, I had people moving into my sold home. I had to scramble to obtain alternate solution for my belongings.

“Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Fool me three times, shame on both of us.”

I know the CEO of my recent company would welcome this information. I hope you do.

Best Regards,

Gigi Tennyson
