The pod I rented began in June 2017. It was returned to my address October 2nd 2020 and returned on October 05th 2020. I was quoted the cost for this to be $106.99 to be deducted from my account on September 30th 2020. On September 29th your company deducted $329.91 illegally from my account causing an overdraft and more. You owe me at least $222.92. From what I have heard and been reading your company does not have a good reputation and I wish I had known this years ago.
