Steve Caldwell sent a message to John Koch that said:
This is a followup email to one I wrote yesterday. I called the local office in las vegas on Monday morning to see if there was any openings for pickup of the POD and to speak to Wally Schmidt, the supervisor I spoke with on Saturday with the delivery. He was not there and referred to the national phone number to arrange scheduling, They somehow put in a July 1st date since I had made the request Friday night, Wally must have seen this and called me and said not possible, I said, i was told to call national office and they did it, He said he cant do it and I said all I did was follow procedure, He became a little aggressive and said he knew I was going to be a problem and said, congratulations, you won" and hung up. I can appreciate his frustration but I have not been treated fairly as a customer as I have just booked times with your national associates and then been told locally, that they should not have done it. And I am the bad guy in a tough situation, I do expect it to be picked up by July 1st. but there is something very wrong in knowledge base of scheduling at the local level, You cant treat customers that way, I would like a response back from you, Please. it appears that I am not the only one with problems
