Very sad and disappointing. We rented a pod with a pick up date of 9/13 a.m. Our. Losing is the same day. Our pod is now 3/4 full. Friends are moving us on the evening of 9/12 with care as my husband had triple bypass surgery last week and he is 77 yo. Today I received a phone call that they cannot pick up the pod until 9/27 which is out of the question. They blamed the hurricane and we live in far western VA near the mountains with at this time no hurricane effects until Friday. We have to be out of our house by the 13th because it won't be our house anymore and our buyers are moving in on the afternoon of the 13th. Needless to say we will have no right to be here. We are moving 15 minutes from here but will have no contents of our house in our new home. Can you imagine how devastating this is for my husband after his triple bypass surgery. I spoke with 2 people at your company today and have received no response. Please help!!! I do not want to call my atttorney but your company has left me no option. We woolly be 2 weeks without any bed, some medical equipment and much too much stress for my husband.
