Poor advertising can loose customers.. Received your one day Bonefish black friday $50 + $20 gift card promotion at 2:20 pm.. Was shopping all day got back late was in no mood to drive 30 minutes to take advantage of this promotion.. It was sent out friday morning ?? Knowing the great traffic on the internet that day why was it not sent out a day earlier. No I did not take advantage of this offer and annoyed that customer service could not accommodate me on this issue ... Result I will not eat at bonefish and use other restaurants instead ... Not a smart policy on your part ...
