POOR SERVICE FROM SINGTEL / MOBILEDSWOP!!!
My Samsung Note Edge was bought from Singtel HelloShop on Dec 2014. I was offered an option to signup for MobileSwop at $8/mth. After hearing the features i decided to singup.
Phone started giving problems since Aug 2015, was unable to do backup for my data as i had to send in the phone and risk loosing all my data. Eventually warranty expired.
Luckily i realised i had MobileSwop to come to my rescue. BOY, WAS I DAMN WRONG!!! Call the hotline on Sunday 6 Marc at 2pm, as they operate 24/7. By right everythg would have gone fine and i would have gotten the replacement set the next day. By the sunday, my device has already been down about 3 days!!! Imagine the surprise i get when MobileSwop tells me that i have the service but my hardware is not registered in the system!!! WTF?!!! RIDICULOUS!!! They say must check and will take a few days at least and etc. After speaking to diff people from MobileSwop i decided to call Singtell Customer Service 1688... They tell me that my mobile device records is in the system. Then MobileSwop, which is apparently part of Singtel, still tells me they cannot see the records and already escalated the case to the IT dept but will take time. By then i had already emailed thema copy of my original receipt. Already tired and frustrated by this time, but still trying to keep my cool.
Then i even bother to help do a conference call with Singtel Customer Service MobileSwop! Yet they talk and still tell me that will take upto 3 working days! Stupid or wat?! I just said u guys verify and just take a screenshot and email to MobileSwop and MobileSwop just process my replacement and sort out ur backend and IT isssues later. Dud?!!!
Finally my records eventually get sumhow miraculously updated but device cannot only be replace or Tues 8 March!!! My patience oredi thin as glass.
To my wonder, 1st replacement never arrive as promised as 1st delivery but came at 11am was defective. *See pic attached. Called and complained and arranged for another replacement at 3pm and that also was defective and at the same part!!! *See 2nd pic attached. Sum1 needs to get hurt real bad!
By now, here i am having already spoken to various managers, about 15 people in all, having at least 3 people supposedly "handling" my case, and yet my solution ONLY came at 9pm! This manager Vicky from MobileSwop got on my nerves and i had to practically teach him how to do his job. Only later did i findout that he is just in charge of the CallCtr! And he says another manager is in-charge of the wharehouse that keeps the stock and does the delivery! OMG!!! I am left with my last layer of patience, mayb none left!
Then claims that the QC dept of MobileSwop had informed him tat the defect is actually something in ALL their stock! WTF!!! You mean what i see in my pic is not a defect?! And they still keep the stock?! Make me look like a fool and dispute my claims and as though they just going to give me another replacement to SHUT my mouth! Now... i am really gettting ANGRY!!!
Now my next replacement can only arrive on 9 March morning but prob got to waste at least another half day to receive the item and HOPEfully its not from the faulty batch either!!!
The worst of the customer service from Singtel and MobileSwop!!! People not in the right positions claiming to handle the issues but not able to provide solutions! Jus SORRYs from every1 and say "i understand" what u going thru! BULLSHIT!!!
So now i wonder what Singtel MobileSwop has to say to all these?! And who else got more complains to share of Singtel /or MobileSwop? Copy and share on ur wall and comment on mine.
