Just a heads up regarding PPG's recruitment vendor Harqen.
If PPG is looking to recruit talent, vetting candidates with glitchy AI technology will turn them away.
With graduate study in Organizational Development I have the academic background to conclude that Harqen discourage aquiring some of your best possible assets: talented, skilled and motivated personnel. Like me. But it was my own awkward first hand experience with Harqen's automated interview that gave me a terrible first impression of PPG. Receiving an email request to repeat the experience the day after getting confirmation that I had completed the process only made that worse.
I hope you will take this as constructive feedback. Maybe passed along to whoever is in charge. Perhaps Harqen will review their tech delivery at the least.
