Dear Sir, Every single day, I receive a phone call on my cell phone from someone representing PP&L telling me to speak to them about my service. Several things are very bothersome about this. First, I am not even IN the service area of PP&L. These are robocalls. Each time the call comes in it is from a different number. You REALLY need to stop this. This is absolutely unacceptable. I fail to see how this benefits your company in any way. I hope to hear a response back from your organization. I live in Chester County, PA...PECO territory.
