I just needed to write to you because we cannot get a result from PPL. The rainy season this year has caused a significant growth in our backyard and is making a power problem a likelihood when storms happen.
We have been calling PPL since the spring after an RCN person told us of the disaster waiting to happen and yet PPL has done nothing. Well that is not fair they have made multiple appointments to come to our house but there is has always seen a problem crop up from them. The latest today was the tree people could not come because PPL could not supply a person to shutdown the electric.
This is a potential problem and PPL does not seem to care a whole lot. I am writing to you only because we have no one else to turn to whom may be responsive.
