Dear Dan Houston CEO Principal,
During this time of the corona virus, most companies are trying to help as best as they can. I unfortunately was affected by the drop in the market due to the corona virus and lack of knowledge and communication with your staff. I started a distribution rolllover with a representative on the phone and we iniated it online together on March 5th, the balance at that time was over $38,000. The representaive never told me my company CHS had a 7 day hold on disbursements and it would be left to fluctuate with the market, and the balance could change. I called your company and talked to many respresentatives to see if this could be rectified, but because I did it online and there was a small button that mentioned market fluctuation that it was my responsibility to click on it and read it even though I didnt know about the hold and the represenative never verbally mentioned it, it my fault. Also after taking to some investement friends, I was told most companies will offer to move your funds to money market accounts to keep this from happening, which again was not offered. So during that seven day hold I lost over $7,000 and only disbursed around $31,000 due to the corona virus with your company doing nothing to protect me or least warn me about the potential to lose money. So my question to you Dan Houston CEO of principal during this time are you really willing to help your clients.

Sincereley,

Dennis Jordan
