Mr Houston, I am a disabled veteran of Iraq and Afghanistan on a low fixed income. Six weeks ago Principal received proper paperwork from me requesting a lump sum pay out from a retirement account from O'Neal Steel. If I did not need the money badly, I would not have requested it. I was told by several different people at Principal that it would take 5 to 6 weeks to complete. I guess maybe I do not understand why a wire transfer should take 6 weeks to go through. I cannot get any traction, or real answers from your people. I would appreciate it if you would give this matter your attention and please do what you can to help me get my money.
