Problem at your dealership in Birminham Alabama. Tom BMW over $500 on a $40,000 BMW the 4th car I have bought here. Unreal. I am dealing with the Finance Manager -Britiny who has spoke with the Sales Manager and I emailed the BMW store manager with no reply. I do not know who is over the entire lot there but I did see talk to the boss so I am. Long story short with all the talk they finished the deal , took the cash down, and they called few days later saying they made a mistake and didnt get enough money from us we owed another $500.
1.) I say they have number in the wrong place there is a $1500 rebate on BMW and they only have writen a $1000. 2.) they told us the car was new but have used on all the paper work, 3.)It had 4500 miles on it as a company car but never titled it is a 10,000mile a year lease but they didnt add in the miles already on it. 4.) We have 36 months and want more to reduce monthly payment 5.) The fiance manager was burning our phone up trying to get us to pay the $500 but the Manager never would call us.
