Problem with OMS/WMS system
I placed an order at the JC Penney store in Salem, NH for shades. The order processed, I was charged, and I waited. After several weeks I called customer service and explained that the order was "in transit". Customer Service said the items were "ticketed" in the warehouse but never shipped.
Reconciliations should be performed to identify Items ticked but never shipped. If this happened to me how many other customers are out there with the same problem?
