I am a psychotherapist who has been treated a Progressive Insurance car accident victim for the past 6 months, Jason Castro claim # 192370832. I have sent the adjuster, Ronald Prior, in Albany, NY all of Jason's medical records and bills and have not been paid at all. I am reaching out to you to make it right by June 1, 2020 before I report my story to Social Media, Consumer Advocates, ETC.
