Dear, Mr. Renwick,
I have been a progressive customer since 2009 until today. The reason I have left your company and am pulling our Commercial Policies for 4 corporations is as follows:

I am a diamond member and was about 9.5 hours late in paying my policy renewal and in this time I had an accident. Due to being late on my payment your company decided to not cover my vehicle. This is devastating to me as a single mother of three. I have two children in college and one that is out of school. Yet, I own my own house and pay my own way and have been for 13 years, when I left an abusive marriage.

I truly supported and thought that I would stay with Progressive forever. Yet, this issue has changed my option of your company. As to removing the commercial policies as the Corporations Secretary & Treasurer, it is my decision to make.

I understand that we are just a drop in the bucket to the clients you have, yet I wanted to let you know.
