I'm u to discuss some info. on my claim #20-3536860, Matt Sobotka is handling my claim. base on Matt calling and saying things aren't adding up and contacting my neighbors the person I bought my car from. continuously calling when he received a clear and accurate statement. Privacy concerns based on giving neighbors personal information and circumstances surrounding my claim. I feel harassed and treated unjust and my privacy is being compromised. I want a complaint number and I need this info filed in my case. I informed Matt on 10/4, I felt he was calling me a thief he stated I could speak with his supervisor, I called Heather Auxier on 10/4 and left a voice message at approximately 1640hrs. I have not received a call back yet. Bein a customer with Progressive Insurance I feel HARASSED.
