On September 26, 2020 while boating on Lake Mead, I hit a rock and broke the lower part of my boat outdrive and caused damage to the transum seal. The adjuster of your company doesn't want to replace the seal due to the boat's age. I had it serviced two weeks prior to the accident, and it was in good shape (have paperwork and receipt of the service).
Your company refuse to pay for the repair. I have spoken to several manager but no one will do anything regarding this issue. I have been insured through your company about seven years and a good paying customer aside from being loyal.
I hope I can rely on you to look at this matter and understand where I am coming from. I believe and have faith through your management to be fair and just. Thank you !
