i bought i new car over a week ago, while at the dealership an agent of yours called me to set up adding the new vehicle to my existing policy that i have had for somewhere in the ball park of 20 years now, and some additional time prior to that.
I was told it had to go to underwriting and i would be contacted via e mail. I received an e mail and called customer service and was told everything was fine and the one concern i had-being told i had to add a child of mine that had not lived with me for over a decade was flagged but that they-customer service rep could take care of it-still haven't heard so i called tonight, of course i got no where as the main concern of the person i spoke to was not to assist me but to ask me repeatedly who i spoke to and explain that they could not do that??!! as if that mattered.
at this point tomorrow ill call state farm to get a policy.
wow being a long term customer is really meaningless
