I am hoping you will address my problem by assigning someone to work with me. I have had a life insurance policy with your company for many years. On a few occasions my wife and I had to borrow money from it because of some personal issues we were going through. Dealing with these issues made it impossible to pay it back and our debt kept growing. I spoke with an agent but she was unable to help me.
What I would like to do is to have the interest rate lower than it currently is and a payment plan set up so that I could get it repaid. This issue has caused me much stress and no one from your company has been any help. I have the impression that no one from your company cares. It sure wasn't that way when I purchased the policy.
