Mr. Rizzo,
I am exasperated by my attempts to have two trees in the front of my yard topped so that they can be removed safety without hitting the power line. To avoid electrocution, the tree must be at least five feet from the power line. Your crew came months ago and barely took anything off the top of the tree. The other tree remains untouched. Multiple calls on this matter receive no action. I plan to take the trees down myself but cannot go that close to the power line. I am safety professional by trade. These are small weed trees that the former owner let grow unchecked. Your intervention in this matter would be appreciated.
