@publix – William Crenshaw – Dear Mr. Todd Jones, As you are aware, this Coronavirus has forced all of us

ROSE LOJEWSKI sent a message to William Crenshaw that said:

Dear Mr. Todd Jones,
As you are aware, this Coronavirus has forced all of us to change the way we live our lives. One of the upsetting things that have forced us to change is the shopping experience. We have had to now start using delivery options. We have now used the delivery option at Publix 4 times but are finding out that the delivery Company, Instacart, that is affiliated with your Company is over charging not only us, but now that I have read the reviews, many other people too. I have tried many times to contact them but to no avail. Telephone calls are not being answered at all or after waiting, as I did last week, for 2 hours and 52 minutes on the phone, they disconnect. My emails are being ignored except for the automated answer. Instacart has to date taken over $40 over payment from us and there is noone to talk to. We have contact our local Publix but they inform us that we should talk to Instacart, as I've previously stated, this is impossible. We would appreciate it if you could look into this serious matter, as Instacart is basically stealing from us and other Publix customers and noone, at the moment has been able to do a thing about it. if this cannot be resolved and our money reimbursed , we will have to take further steps to stop them from continuing this. Thank you and we look forward to hearing from you. Rose and Craig
