Dear Mr. Marshall, I am Veteran and the owner of beautiful Pulte home. However, I have had a really hard time getting my property flaws corrected. I have been in dialogue now for several months with Pulte representatives that repeatedly tell me that the issue in question was allegedly taken care of. Unfortunately it has not.
I am a member of our HOA and i try to give our community the best support possible. We are just not happy with the service that we are getting from Pulte service dept. This is echoed throughout our small community.
We would love to see an improvement from the Pulte we all trusted in building our homes and community. Something simple as property drainage, Streets haven't been repaved and much more. Thank you for listening to our concerns . I know you as very busy, but i hope that you could whisper a word of encouragement to our Service folks in our area.
