We wanted to reach out to higher management and the CEO specifically due to the numerous issues we are having with our newly purchased Pulte home. Below is the email I sent your representative for the Blackrock Community in Henderson, NV. His name is Jarrod Fredericksen.
I am still waiting for a response to my previous email I sent to you.We have been speaking to the other home owners and it appears Pulte has been aware of many of these issues, which appear systemic throughout the Blackrock community, not just our home. There have been several other individuals in Tino's position, he is now the third Pulte employee in the current position due to the number of complaints and subsequent repairs. Many of the neighbors have been in discussion regarding the problems they are having with their Pulte home and the length of time it has taken Pulte to address many of these concerns. Similar to our situation, there is great frustration among the homeowners about the number os issues with the Blackrock homes and the slow pace of thee repairs. Pulte already has a tarnished reputation to improve and correct, as noted in the link below. As we have had no response to our prior request, we will be contacting upper management within Pulte to escalate these issues.
