It is very disappointing as a customer who built a house with Pulte 11 months ago, that we do not receive a formal communication from corporate informing us of how Pulte is handling the in house service. Seems that all we can find on Pulte website how to keep new business operating.
AS one wise business man told me; a referral is 100% more powerful then a new lead.
