Mr. Rusckowski,
I had a problem with your billing department, contacted your coporate offices and connected with a person named Jo. I explained to her that this billing was incorrect and also the treatment I received at your Palm Coast Lab on Hospital Dr. They are not willing to help and mistreate people. Jo assured me the problem was remedied and my account cleared. It was not, today I recieved a 222.00 bill in the mail. The lab also denied me testing for my cumidin levels, from two strokes. Jo stated that was wrong of them and they never should have denied me the test which is vital to my survival ie not bleeding to death or clots forming. You are CEO of this comany, you problably won't read this, but hopefully someone on your staff does. I need this problem resolved correctly and not received these bills in the mail. I would appreciate the executive teams corporation.
