Please, help me. I have been working for the same employer since 2013, and I have had the same insurance coverage (United Health Care) since then. In 2015, I had laboratory tests done at Quest Laboratory without any problems. Last January 29, 2018, I went to "Quest" for lab. tests, as I did previously. Now, I am faced with a 1,254-dollar-lab. bill. Apparently, there were changes in services between my insurance and Quest, but I, and the employee processing my insurance information at the Quest lab. were not aware of. I was not made aware Quest was no longer "in Network" with "United Health Care". Everybody is turning their backs at me and refuse to help. Please, exonerate this bill for me. Please, I am begging you.
