I received services at a Quest Lab, some of the services were paid by my insurance, some were not. I'm being billed for full charges even though the insurance company would have only paid a fraction of charge. I'm sure you would not want to pay more than an insurance allowable amount if this were you. I spoke with 4 members of your team, all very professional, but unable to negotiate a fair rate. Can you send me to someone who has the authority to adjudicate this fairly?
