Dear Mr. Rusckowski,
I am writing to you with an urgent plea to do whatever retooling at your company, Quest Diagnostics, to produce test kits, swabs, solutions, face shields, N95 masks and other PPE for health care professionals on the frontline of the Covid-19 battle. I know that Governor Baker of Massachusetts announced yesterday that your corporation has agreed to help. My son is an ER physician working in the Dallas, Ft. Worth and Arlington areas. The need for this protective equipment is critical. The lives of medical professionals are in dire jeopardy without proper protection. I implore you as graduate of Sloan and WPI to help out this Massachusetts native son who is putting his life at risk to do his job. Thank you for anything you can do to help in this life-threatening crisis in medicine.
