Dear Mr. Rusckowski,
I have been trying to resolve payment of an outstanding balance on my account in the amount of $148.48. I paid this balance on Nov. 14, 2019 but continue to receive third notice invoice in addition to showing this balance when I call. I have been hung up on twice by customer service in my attempts to speak with a supervisor. I was told today that there were no supervisors available in that they would be in meetings until 2pm today. The wait time to speak with someone is out of control in that it exceeds over 20 minutes. I have been trying to resolve this problem with Quest Diagnostics but am at the point where I am going to need additional help. If you are unable or unwilling to assist me with this, I will assume there is no interest in me solving my problem. My phone number is 810-624-4110. Perhaps your position is beyond assisting me, however I do believe BECAUSE OF your position with Quest Diagnostics, your character and ethics would supersede your work description.
