Hello Mr. Rsuckowski. I just came from my appt at quest and complained why i could not fill out my insurance information online on the quest diagnostics website. It happens every time I try to make an appt. The lab technician told me that no one's insurance can be found on the online form! That's just crazy, it's supposed to simplify our appt time but it doesn't work. The technician said they've complained but it doesn't get fixed. Please have someone look into this and have it fixed. It's so annoying. Thank you sir!
