I'm having a big problem with MyQuest. Two weeks ago I had blood drawn and have not gotten my results. I've been given the "runaround" numerous times and am getting tired of it. I've tried to call Customer Support many times and have never spoken to a human. My e-mails (when answered) refer me to the Customer Support number which, as I've said, is useless. There seems to be a "mix up" with my name. But there was no "mix up" when I made the appointment, had the blood drawn or paid the money.
I'd like some help getting my results.
