I'm sure you would like to know, Myself, wife and 18 others were more than upset this morning 5-21-20 at 7am when we were turned away as walk ins at the 11505 Palmbrush Trail Bradenton Florida location. All indications that 60+ were to be there within the 1st hour for safety reasons. We had to get up earlier than normal and drive- only to be turned away. This was in no regard to the covid-19. We had prepaid requests in which we needed for doctor appointments. WE WERE TOLD AT THE DOOR THIS WAS A MANAGEMENT DECISION. So we had to drive across town to any location while my wife's blood sugar dropped due to fasting. We were taken there with no problem.The manager of the Palmbrush location should be removed. I'm sure if someone can figure out how to contact quest there will be many complaints.You do not need to have the integrity and trust of Quest to be compromised. PS we were fasting so an afternoon appointment would never work. We have been customers of Quest for as long as I can remember and never had a problem prior. Sincerely Dave N
