It is ridiculous that you have adopted a company policy of never using butterfly needle for blood draw. If this is not true, then you need to have a chat with your manager of your Safeway location at 1601 Coalton Rd Superior CO 80027. Unless I hear that this is bogus and that you've dealt with your rogue employee within a reasonable amount of time, I will make it a point to share this with everyone I know. And, it make sure to post something about this online everyday warning people that Quest Diagnostics is not the place to use. Speaking for myself, I would happily pay more to a company that actually cared about my wife's health and well-being. No hyperbole needed... the truth is enough.
