Mr. Rusckowski, I am contacting you due to the fact that I have been trying for months to be able to get a copy of my blood work report from Quest after I go to have my blood taken at your Lab. I was always able to go into my account on the computer to get this. I have tried contacting Quest all to no avail. Evidentally, through a digital error perhaps my account was merged or mixed up with a "Sly...". account. I can get my blood taken but cannot get into my account. Quest has not been able to rectify this situation. I know you are very busy but if you have a moment I would greatly appreciate you intervening to see how we can rectify this situation. I will await word from you. Edith Brody.
