Mr. Rusckowski,
I have been trying to resolve several issues for months and can't even get a rep to come in to my office. First labs are coming in with wrong names on the results. Blood picked up is lost and never found. Our local quest is becoming a liability to this office and I want someone to answer questions and fix the problems. I hope you see that this is a huge liability to Quest with blood being lost and results having the wrong names of patient's on them.
