My husband and I paid for COVID immune response tests on May 11th. I received my results and he did not. He requested his results in the system and still did not receive them. We have been on hold for HOURS multiple times, waiting for someone to help us and have, only once, gotten through to someone who said maybe they needed to run the tests again and we should wait longer. It has now been past one full month and we are STILL unable to get his results. Therefore, I want my $130 back that we had to pay out of pocket. I am coming to you because your company has made it IMPOSSIBLE to get through to anyone who can resolve my issue.
PLEASE, don't be THAT company - the one that takes your money and then disappears without providing the service.
