My name is Dominique Adams, I work for Quest Diagnostics in Houston, TX at the southwest region. I hope this reaches the CEO of the company, because I have reached out to HR multiple times and nothing is being done about it. Our supervisor in the cytology department is retailing against coworkers who reports her to HR. She plays favoritism with certain employees, she makes the departments job harder than need be. She lies on employees, rolls her eyes and talks to you in a nonprofessional setting. When you come to her with a problem she brushes it off and does nothing about the situation. I could go on and on about a lot of things she has done. Now I love my job and I need my job and I donât want to go anywhere else. I hope something gets done about it
