My name is Robert Masson and i am a senior. My doctor said i need a blood test for our next follow up visit. I was also told that during these trying times i needed to make an appt. so i mad an appt. weeks ago for Sat 6/11 at 9:30 for a fasting blood test. When I got to your location at 555 Main St Manchester CT there were already 7 people sitting around the room luckily all had masks on. After i checked in on that stupid pad I asked some in the room if they also had scheduled appt's and some said no they had been waiting some time. Then on the information TV on the wall my name came up saying there would be another 30++ minutes wait for me, not good when you are fasting. Why make an appointment in these times and then have to wait more time, not a few minutes but over 30. I walked out very mad and upset that I was in a small area with so many people in it. YOU need to have someone correct this bad customer service. It will be interesting to see ho you respond to this situation.
